"SCE has come a long way and it's progressing towards the right direction. I am so glad to see this during my employment here. The current leadership truly cares and it's evident that they are investing in us. I am so proud to be a part of this company."

"SCE is the best place I have ever worked outside of having my own company.
There is strong "tone-at-the top" regarding gender parity although women are still not equal to men.
There is a very strong, sincere safety culture both physically and supportive of psychological safety, however the strength varies by environment and culture; the company is striving to improve safety in every way.
Turnover is low which reduces opportunities and there is no clear "career path" for promotion and few step on the ladder, however there are opportunities to implement ideas and channel your interests, get mentoring and support; you need to self-promote and network to achieve advancement."

"It's an amazing place to work. Your strengths and work ethic is more seen through the eyes of a woman in leadership more so than a man. However, this should not be this way, the more women we get in leadership to balance that ratio, the easier it would be for women to be in leadership."
