Fairygodboss Survey Of MEN In The Workplace

 

Gender Diversity in the workplace has become a major initiative and investment for many companies in the U.S., yet the truth is there is no simple formula to achieve true gender diversity in the workplace. A lot is written about women's experiences, but very little research is available about men and their perspective on gender diversity in the workplace. As we have seen, their cooperation and participation is critical for success.

 

Fairygodboss, a job and career destination for women, and Artemis Connection, a data-driven consulting firm focused on aligning strategy and teams, have undertaken a project to hear men's voices on this subject. We hope that by compiling candid and anonymous opinions from men in a broad range of workplaces, we can help build a thoughtful roadmap that will help improve the experiences of women—and men—in workplaces everywhere.
