How Alpine supports parents.
Alpine works hard to support parents and provide them with competitive benefits. In addition to the unpaid leave U.S. employees are entitled to under the Family Medical Leave Act, they also provide paid leave for mothers following the birth of their children and up to four weeks of paid leave for parents following the birth or adoption of their child.
And, for when mothers are ready to return to the office, Alpine also provides lactation facilities.
