Meanwhile, Somryst®, which treats chronic insomnia, was the first product submitted through FDA’s traditional 510(k) pathway while simultaneously reviewed through the FDA’s Software Precertification Pilot Program and was authorized in 2020.

Maternity Leave: Pear Therapeutics offers a competitive leave package by coupling the following employer-sponsored, employer-paid options with federal and state-mandated time-off up to 13 weeks of 100% paid leave. This includes 6 weeks of parental leave at 100% of pay; employer-paid short-term disability leave through our insurance carrier, Sunlife. Sunlife will provide up to 13 weeks of short-term leave, if eligible, paid at 60% of weekly salary to a max of $1,500. Pear offsets the disability by paying the remainder in order to achieve 100% salary for the duration of the short-term leave.
Parental Leave: Pear Therapeutics provides up to six weeks of company-paid parental leave. Our paid leave can not only run concurrent with FMLA but could, if eligible, couple with state-mandated paid leaves, leading up to (and possibly more than) 12 weeks of paid leave.
