Not practicing self-care and prioritizing yourself is the biggest mistake you can make as a working mom.
It’s not honorable to put everyone else before you. Your family (and work) need you to be well.
So, let me share a few EASY ways to practice self-care (and discover more about yourself at the same time):
--Simply sit: Literally, just sit there with zero distractions for at least 10 minutes and allow your mind to rest or get creative
--Brain dump journaling: Get everything that’s in your head onto paper
--Meditate: Even 5 or 10 minutes will work (Try to @Calm app)
