Turkish get-ups are my current favorite full-body exercise.
Did I say favorite? What I meant to say is Turkish get-ups are my current "I hate them, but I do them because they are a really good full-body" exercise : )

Whatever I do has to have variety because I get bored easily. I'm mostly doing video workouts through various apps.

I love this, knowing yourself and your needs is key as many just get bored and quit. Have you tried Tone It Up on Youtube? I am only mentioning it because they're so varied and fun.

I have to be looking for something specific to do the YouTube videos. I mostly use the Grokker (also available on Roku so I can see it on the TV) and FitOn apps.
