I have recently become part of a coaching program for journalling and love it! It's online, but I still like my paper journal... I used to think journalling was a waste but I feel a major heaviness lifted from my mind when I do it, thus creating an OPTIMAL state of gratitude or simply calmness to achieve all life goals.
What is your way to journal (on a computer or on paper)? Do you go free style or do you prefer prompts? How often do you journal?
Would a paper gratitude or and fitness journal interest you if there were good ones available? I am looking at new ones on Amazon... not sure what to get :).
