I currently work in marketing, have been in some capacity since 2016. It was a hoop and a half to get the job I have now but I did it! I've been so grateful to have employment during this pandemic. But I can't let that cloud the reality of the situation, this isn't a good fit. The pay and treatment paired with poor business management and unrealistic/uneven workload is becoming stressful.
However, I wear so many hats and have for so long I'm not sure where I fall professionally. In the last 3 years my job experience has involved (in no order of importance):
CMS management, site launch cycle (creation to live), content creation, Wordpress builds, social media management, online reputation management, testing, account management, white label app roll out/management, client training, reporting, process development, and documentation.
I'm hoping to get some insight into what type of role this would fall under. Or where these skills, regardless of industry, could be really advantageous. I know better opportunities are available if I'm able to be where they are looking for me.

Welcome to marketing land where everyone wears a lot of hats all the time! I've worked in marketing for 10 years so I wanted to offer some advice.
In order to market yourself I would include account management, blogging, client relations, content marketing, social media management, training & development website/customer-facing software.
If you don't want to stay in marketing, those are transferable skills. Focus on an area that you enjoy and wear that hat when applying for new positions. Good luck!

Agree with what Amy said. I definitely know what it means to wear many hats in marketing myself. Based on the range of work you have experience in, I would classify the work you currently do in the realm of digital marketing, especially, since you led with CMS management and Wordpress site creation, content creation and social media, etc. These are definitely on-demand skills to have and I believe adding that you know HTML/CSS and SEO skills since you've worked on websites makes you more marketable for other opportunities. A few roles to consider in your next job search are: Web Content Strategist, Web Content Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, Content Strategist or Digital Marketing Manager. Good luck to you!
