This is great information. And information that I was concerned would be true as I have read a couple of articles that alluded to the choices that women are having to face during this pandemic. Personally, I have had to adjust my work ours to manage my kids with distance learning, and then I focus on work. It is definitely challenging, but we are making it work! I definitely understand how and why these women are making the decision to leave the workforce.

Thank you for sharing this. It is important that we quantify and make apparent the shift occurring in our worlds. Reason number one: to let women know they are not alone in their struggles. Reason number two: measure what we want to change. Thank you for keeping this at the forefront of our attention.
