This is "ingredient style meal prep" where the mozza, tomatoes, and eggs can be a snack - or double up as salad toppings. Add olive oil or balsamic to the tomatoes. Yum. No foods are necessarily off-limits; however, there are healthier versions of each food ... such as choosing whole grain instead of white bread and things like that. Dairy is still in my diet on a limited basis and unless you are intolerant or some thing I would highly recommend a flexible approach.
