Habits are being created during this quarantine. I started attending D-Nice’s IG party because it introduced “balance.” Now I’m coaching myself to not participate every time he “goes live.” The habits you create and currently have will either make or break you.
1. Define success on your terms.
2. Create goals that align with what you say you want, then take action towards goal achievement.
3. Implement habits that accelerate your success.
Time: not having enough of it isn’t the problem. We simply need to make different decisions.
