Until I discovered oatmeal bowls... breakfast felt like a chore... Now it is actually more fun. All ingredients are pre-organized for ease of assembly - only the oats need to be cooked - whole process takes under 5 minutes. :) Many of these elements count for more than one macronutrient group, but why I chose each: Oats for carbs / some protein Nuts for fats Banana for fibre Peanut butter for protein Chocolate chips for flavour * Protein powder can be mixed in also I use quick cooking oats and dark chocolate chips - yes sweets in the AM because: why not if it fits your macros and dark chocolate has health benefits and the fat & fibre mix well with it to take down the glycemic score - well balanced. :) You can also add protein powder if you like. | Fairygodboss
