Current events call for adapting new solutions.
I love when these types of articles come up! My own story includes 2 years, 687 applications, 182 interviews. A toxic boss, a higher-level boss who actively sabotaged me, working in hell at a job that was literally making me ill - physically and mentally. And then, suddenly, I got out. And I am in a job that walked out of my dreams. During the search I cried - A LOT - and found that forgiving myself for not getting the job was half the battle. It was so hard. No advice will make it easier. But it is worth the wait, as someone who has been there. Find what gives you strength to get through it!

Build Inclusion Equity Engagement & Excellence!
I read a post earlier today from someone online who has applied for 500 jobs and is still searching To all those whose employment has been, or will be impacted, and to those who were already looking for work before the pandemic started, you may feel defeated after hundreds of applications, a few interviews, and no offers, but don't give up, don't disconnect, and most of all please remember: Your employment status does not reflect your talent, your value, or your worth! Your worth is measured by the people you love, the people you sacrifice for, the people you help without asking for anything in return, the positive difference you make, and the commitment and results you deliver to your family, friends, community, and so many others. You are Talented! You are Valuable! You are NOT a failure! and yes You are WORTHY of every great opportunity that is coming your way! To my FGB colleagues - Please remember to encourage and assist others.
