I’m so grateful for this. Excellent reminders. So many times, women have vast experience and knowledge but don’t speak with authority. I’ve been guilty of that too many times. I’ve found coming here and reading everyone’s posts and advice, really empowers me to be more confident. Not cocky! Confident.

I definitely use “I think” a lot! I realize it’s a shrinker term, but I genuinely use it when I don’t know. If I know for sure, I don’t tend to use it.

I use 'I think' often. I try to use that in terms of trying to be open to other ideas but not realizing it could be a shrinker term. Good reminders!
