Some days you just need to say F*%k it. Today I had a case of the F*%k its.
For me saying F*%k it helps release the feelings of overwhelm, frustration and stuckness (that feeling when you get in your own way).
It stops the itty bitty shitty committee from coming and taking over.
It gives me an opportunity to sit and just let go of what no longer serves me.
When something is not working or going to plan I say F*%k it and move on.
So if you are feeling overwhelmed, frustrated stuck or whatever is going on for you at the time just say F*%k it.

Yes! This is great advice; most things aren't as serious as we treat them — and that takes the fun out of everything! Any advice for an especially anxious person on forcing yourself to take this perspective?

never force. be gentle with yourself. Ask yourself what is it that you are resisting. Are you worried about what others might think? What is making you feel anxious? Instead of saying I am an anxious person (negative mindset) say "Its ok to feel my feelings, I release and let them go" be ok with saying Fuck It. Yell it out. Better out than in. You got this.
Hope this has helped.
