The faith-focus is very strong, so the culture tends to reflect values like compassion, prayer, & giving back to the local community; however employee benefits seemed less competitive and more expensive than previous employers. No maternity leave policy.

Administrative

Management isn't so much a "boys club" as it is a "church club". Being part of the Adventist church absolutely has its perks when it comes to promotions. You'll notice that most of the upper management grew up in the church.

The company claims to support diversity in regards to gender, race, religion, etc and I believe they are making strides to reflect that.
