Negotiate before you accept any job . They will work with you beyond what you think they will. Make sure you negotiate raises and bonues. Otherwise you are SOL for anything besides a token fifty cent an hour more after a year.

Only been here a couple of months but they do seem to hire women as equally as men. Don't know if there's a difference in pay though.
