I have left more than one job because of the lack of work life balance. Now I run my own business. I'm an awesome boss because I control the amount of hours I work. Those hours are quality hours for my clients because I am fully engaged, with no guilt or other encumbrances. I've never had such freedom and I'll never give it up.

Your opinions matter. Speak up. As I work for a company owned by my husband and myself. This is a tough question.
