I'm coming up on 3 years in June. Lots of disgruntled employees who are frustrated because of promotions/raises that were long overdue. Many colleagues have left the company after receiving title changes, put no raises. Despite this, there are lots of opportunities for women especially moms. They offer flex hours, work from home and other accommodations for working moms.
If you are on the right team, you could create a great flexible schedule for yourself and your family. However, not all managers are flexible.
The women CEOs have quit. Team dependent opportunitues for advanvement. Biased HR. Too many idiots in power
