CU Denver is a great place to work for anyone and is making some strides to be more attentive to the needs of its women, trans, and GNC employees. Notably, they recently began offering 4 weeks of paid parental leave. However, there can be unexpected rigidity in regards to hours and alternative solutions for problems (like an Infant at Work plan).
