This is the most female friendly place I've ever worked, however I do not see many females in managing director roles.

    K&E is flexible but it depends on where you fall in the hierarchy. Obviously, associates and partners have more than support staff. But the ability to leave early, come in late, work through lunch, etc. is there.

This brand is run by Samsonite corporate and creatives (mostly men) that have been here for many years. Upward mobility is not an option people enjoy the status quo no matter how stale it feels. That being said, co-workers feel like family and culture is pretty relaxed.
