11 years with the firm, only recently returned to work after maternity. It's difficult to keep up with colleagues who burn 10+ hrs a day when you have small kids. Standard work load requires long hrs, always has. The company does support working parents and has several initiatives but bottom line is there isn't any less work and people get frustrated when you have to leave each day. My experiences up to being a parent were good no gender bias that I could see. Excellent maternity benefits, healthcare and other benefits.

I've been here for 9 years, and have had mostly good experiences with women leaders. My experiences with my male colleagues has also been positive for the most part, and I feel that the company as a whole supports their employees regardless of gender.
Globally it has some of the best maternity packages available, and there is a genuine commitment to encourage diversity and support women. However, this generally only translates in the enterprise and support roles - most women can't/won't consider the front-line consulting roles when managing a young family.
