While company has females in executive positions it's very obvious that most of management is still very old school and male dominated. The company doesn't truly support DNI and gender parity - it's more of a check box in that we participate. Salary is not equal to your experience or your performance.

    Hours are flexible but I've found that you still have to work over 40 hours most weeks and there's no consideration if you're on vacation or outside of work - meetings are still scheduled even when your time is blocked off.
