Expect retribution unless you keep your mouth shut. No kidding. They are very religious and use that to get away with murder.

Don't bother unless you like to pray all day and want to become Adventist....you won't move up unless you do!

If you are Adventist, or you are related to an Adventist, then you get much more flexibility and much better job opportunities than if you are not.

The company claims to support diversity in regards to gender, race, religion, etc and I believe they are making strides to reflect that.

The faith-focus is very strong, so the culture tends to reflect values like compassion, prayer, & giving back to the local community; however employee benefits seemed less competitive and more expensive than previous employers. No maternity leave policy.

The organization requires you to use accrued vacation before you go to unpaid status; so you come back with nothing. FMLA begins day 1 of leave.
