"There is a lot of talk about diversity at Agilent. However, a quick glance at recent hires throughout the US organization - field and office, both - shows that this talk doesn't always extend into action. Take a look at the board. While the CEO expresses a focus on diversity, the reality doesn't line up with the words."

Depending on the department that you join, you may find great mentors and women in leadership positions, but this is highly variable across the different organizations within Agilent. Healthcare is expensive, though. Even though some might say that women in leadership at a tech company is a challenge, there are many women at Agilent in individual contributor roles, so it's not simply a matter of talent pool and availability. "
