There is a lot of female talent at this company, but very few women are promoted to the senior leadership and executive levels.

I remember telling my previous manager about my pregnancy. I was nervous, but she couldn't be happier.. and she has supported me constantly. From a human perspective, but also professionally. I have been also put through an emerging leaders development program, because she truly believed in me. Coming back to work has been tough for me. I also had a new manager... but again, I have been treated extremely fairly and I have been given the flexibility I need, which is helping me to do (very) well at work. I felt and feel supported. Consistently.

The people here are extremely welcoming and friendly. Your leaders and peers want to see you succeed and care about your career growth and grooming you for your next advancement opportunity. I normally work remotely a few days a week, but I like it here so much that I come in every day!

Fantastic culture of trust, respect and integrity. The company could do more to increase the number of female executives (particularly C-level), but the senior leadership team appears to be committed to diversity.

The company, in general, appears to be conservative and leadership team is predominately dominated by men. Said this, I can see that things are changing and I personally found Agilent to be equal in the treatment of men and women.
