The HDQ campus is nice, typical corporate environment. Covered parking, on site cafeteria and gym. Overall wellness is strongly promoted.

They are accommodating and human. I mean to say, they care about your personal life the way they care about your work life.

There is an impressive number of women working in the marketing, tech, development, and digital departments. The leadership, however, is not diverse at all: almost entirely male, and entirely caucasian. And their decisions affect the direction and intention of the company.

I've never worked at another company with such a stellar culture and hard working people who genuinely care about one another.

I worked as a happiness manager in my own convenient time, that I decided myself every week. Everyone was working remotely (from different countries) and it was great experience.

It is a very rewarding place to work if you are performing well. It is not uncommon to work long hours and a work/life balance can be difficult to manage. In terms of fairness I have no complaints.

November 2015

Firm continues to be run for and by the old boys club. Senior management is not diverse nor well represented by women. There are plenty of employees with families but the firm continues to ban policies such as telecommuting and enforces its own vacation policy where employees are mandated to take certain days together.

March 2015

there are opportunities for women to advance just as there are for men. The sales environment is amongst the more evenly gender distributed that I've seen, though still leans 60/40 men to women.
