There is a lot of room for growth, depending on who you talk too but some feel that because they were a woman, that they were looked down upon and not given opportunities like the men

Not many females in higher positions. Definitely an old boy's club in many departments.

March 2017

Commercial banking is male dominated. Lots of lower level promotions, but higher level positions are still very male and white.

March 2017

Work/Life balance varies widely by department. Some people can work at home two days a week, while we just had our one day eliminated. A new hire was just made in my department, and it's a male in a junior-level position who was hired at a higher pay rate than a female employee who's been with the company 5 years and is a more senior level postion. Their education and work expereince are identical.

February 2016

Most managers are flexible about family needs and working from home as needed. Sick time is separate from vacation and can be used for family members as well. Management at the executive level is EXTREMELY white male dominated, with the exception of the predominantly female areas like HR and Marketing.
