As a woman, my experience working here has been positive. I work in a department made up almost entirely of women, which has its ups and downs. Overall, though, I think WB is a great place to work.

Don't work here. They're are no women in leadership and the CEO is an actual misogynist. Stay away.

Good luck trying to raise a family while working here. They'll pigeon hole you into a job with no growth.

They had such an outdated policy that just because I didn't physically give birth to my newborn baby myself, they fought with me and only wanted to give me 1 week.

Very flexible work from home options that allow for non-traditional work hours as long as you are available to meet with Clients.

the company just wasn't very transparent, however it was likely as non-transparaent for women as it was for men.

November 2015

The environment is pretty friendly and open here, and your work speaks louder than anything else. Your level of happiness is likely to depend more on innate stesses of the job (whether you are tenure-track or not), than on dealing with sexism. Overall, a good environment to foster learning.
