This is a great company to work for. Everyone is handed a ton of responsibility and the pace is fast. Although it could be overwhelming at the beginning, the mangers and leads try hard to work with you to set you up for success. There is upward mobility. IT is refreshing to work at a company with so many smart and talented women. The only draw back is that there are no women in the Leadership Team but I believe they are aware of this deficiency and are trying to address it.

    We have unlimited PTO throughout the company. The managers seems very intent on making sure employees have flexible work schedules although I'd say that there's more flexibility if you're in a salary position as opposed to hourly.

There is a lot of favoritism towards many men within the company. You have to work twice as hard to stand out and get paid less. Software and technology has been mainly male driven; there are many passionate women who work here and are trying to improve this mindset and tradition.

3 months for maternity leave is considered generous, not taking into account how they make you work long hours, travel Monday to Thursday, pay for your OWN LUNCHES out of town and they refuse to reimburse you for your cellphone or lunches even if they call you constantly & make you work away from home. They hassle you over expenses, they don't appreciate young women and favour older, middle-aged family men. Then on top of all that, they promote the most unfair, unequal, incompetent female role models to 'partner' and expect us all to cheer for womanhood. Terrible company.

The staff is is almost entirely female, including some of the C-Suite. Work life balance is excellent, maternity leave benefits are reasonable, and women don't deal with the "mommy penalty" when it comes to taking leave and dealing with family obligations.
