Do your research, know you're worth before you agree to any thing. They are not family friendly in regards to understanding the constraint of being a single mom, or the financial burdens. But they are flexible for single dad's and pay men better than their female counterparts.

They require you to work 50 hours a week, you’re an hourly employee and will have to punch in and out of their system, OT must be approved prior and you will wind up working hours you are not paid for. There is no sick time so have to use vacation if you are sick or a natural disaster occurs. PTO accumulation is very slow and you will only accumulate 5 days off during your first year.
