Very toxic environment. I’ve heard managers several times “jokingly” tell their team members not to get pregnant. The overarching parental leave is great but the reality in the trenches is one of controlling, patronizing, and micro-managing management.

The company is split fairly even among numbers of men and women. However, the management positions are all occupied by men despite having potentially solid women leaders already within the company. General professional development and mentoring opportunities are non-existent.

I have been with this company for more than 15 years and have seen a beautiful transition from a Old Boys Club to a more diverse and inclusive workforce. Women are at all levels of management and support. I still see the boys club mentality on occasion but it is much less than it once was.
