It's a fun place to work, don't get me wrong. But they definitely find ways to not give raises and almost everyone in a high position is male.

For the most part, it is family-friendly. The higher you are promoted, the more difficult it can become to openly manage family obligations. There are no women directly reporting to the CEO and only 1 on the official executive team. If you are hoping to look up and see a career path, you may be limited in what you see.

Be professional, friendly and matter of fact. The office staff is hoping more than anything that you can help settle the conflict between the opposing parties within the closed arbitration. As long as you do your job then the staff is there to help you. They consider you the expert.

It is a good company. I just wish more women were in leadership positions. Also wished more women were hired.Insurance only covers for one individual, doesn't cover anything re: family. Aside from this, you are able to take off of work for as long as you want, for this most part, which is nice.
