Tellabs is a diverse Telecommunications Networking products and services and operations supply chain company. Although small now, it split off from Coriant in 2014, and Coriant took the larger workforce and Tellabs kept the Access products and employs around 115 and is steadily growing. We can’t separate the “old” Tellabs from the new in social media reviews. There is a female Director of Services, Hardware, Software, Test and Technical Support Engineers, Order Management Representatives, Paralegal, Commercial Contracts Administrator, Contract Sales Administrator, Customer Service Support Rep, Special Projects Manager, Executive Administrator, Sales Managers, Accounting Manager, Sr. Accountants and HR professionals in the mix. Some hail from other countries as well as the USA.

As an attorney, expect to regularly work 14 hours days and never see your family. I myself am in a support role, but even my relationships have suffered with the pressure to put in more hours all the time. Women come into this company looking beautiful and excited; a few months later they are looking skeletal and dead inside.
