Hard work pays off, they expect a lot from their employees, but give a lot back, too.

Great office doing work that helps local citizens but not much future for advancement if you are not a top attorney.

Be prepared to be told you’re one of the bigger women so you can go push carts. Or you can’t work in produce because it’s a man's job.

Treat your associates with respect. Don’t drain them to the point where they’re running to the bathroom crying. You wonder why no employees stay longer than a month.

Only 1 female partner out of 16. Seems to be an 'old-boy' attitude towards working parents meaning no flexibility for parental leave at senior positions.

May 2016

I would recommend: - to connect with other women from the senior management team as to benefit from their experience and advice - to explain from the beginning your personal situation (e.g.: mother) so it can be taken into account when you get assigned on a new project (e.g.: client located not too far from your home or the office)

November 2015

I have not seen a clear difference between the way women and men are treated here. There are female executives, directors, managers, etc. The one area that could be vastly improved is maternity leave - women have to use vacation and sick time to have any paid leave at all, although in my experience it is a policy that had to be enforced while I was supported tremendously by the team around me.
