You will see both French female and male colleagues, that are less qualified than you get promoted while you are doing all the heavy lifting and not getting paid as much. Management is French and they only support their kind.

Yes, women are in the minority at B&V which is the case across the industry. Black & Veatch is working hard to make changes and fully supports a very active Women's ERG. Women will need to be comfortable being in the minority, but there is a lot to gain from a career here. If a woman is willing to take an overseas assignment, there is even greater opportunity to gain leadership experience.
