Expect long hours and unachievable standards. The company does not do a great job at training their associates so expect to education yourself on industry trends on your own time. The company allows flexible work hours and support functions and leadership want to do the right thing, however may not be able to implement as quickly to be up to par with the industry standards.

It's not a great company for women to work. Only limited women are empowered. And sometimes the way the men treat women is unprofessional.

It's not a great place for women to work. HR is for developing technical talent - not for employee advocacy. Some men treat women very unprofessionally and there's no structure in place to change that.

Depending on the group you work for, you could have a very positive experience or not. The overall culture is very entrepreneurial which is appealing to a great deal of women, but it comes with the challenge to be able to navigate through high ambiguity. It is a very Asian male dominated organization which could bring challenges in the way business is conducted at times.
