Although they have indroduced 9 hour time in office as mandatory, I can reccommend this to women here to apply.Not much of work load if under right project.

I have worked there for 5 years. I see much improvement in women's initiatives, but at the end of the day it's consulting and travel and that may not work well for women with children or families. Ironically, the HR team was very challenging to work with because of the leadership team.
