Don't expect to have a life outside of work. The practice owner feels that her employees are cheating her out of money if they take a lunch. its very discouraging. There is a lot of provider turnover

12 weeks paid for both maternity and paternity leave. Pretty progressive. Would l like to see 14 or 16. Sure but it's a good start.

This company is based in Texas, so you have to a big white guy to climb to the top. If you're female and don't mind being ignored, passed over for promotion, and ruled by the Old Boy's Club, this is the place for you.

The best benefit is hospital stays are covered as long as there are here. Including those for birth or NICU.

September 2015
There are not a lot of official policies that support women and especially women with families. Maternity Leave is only what is mandated by the law (FMLA) and the paid portion is only if you have the short-term disability. However if you know your worth and are willing to state your preferences - as opposed to asking for permission - you'll end up with a work/life balance to suit your needs. As a sales organization, it's all about performance - and proving "them" wrong if they don't think a working mother can handle the responsibilities and high growth expectations.

One thing I have noticed in the short amount of time that I've worked here is that the team leads for the Help Desk are predominately male.
