There are tremendously gifted and intelligent people working here. The Executive Leadership seems to want to make this the best place to work, but there's still a lot of dysfunction to navigate. If you are willing to see the potential and help drive positive change, then this could be an amazing place to be.

Progressive company with family life held as a core value. Benefits are great; 401k and pension! Short term disability, FMLA, and nice PTO plan. Managers work with employees to meet the needs of families when/wherever possible. I've worked here for 4 years - hope to retire from here.
