I happen to enjoy the people I work with! You have to have thick skin to work with the public because they can be very mean at times! So go to work every day determined to treat people the way you want to be treated! I have learned it works most of the time and I have made so many friends by doing this! Smile always!!!

Very little hours and massive amounts of work hold you totally accountable so you better be able to work 24/7 to get it done..forget family or personal life.

It is very frustrating at times and you do 2 to 3 jobs at once. You are pulled in many different ways and must get your job done in time. They expect to much from certain people.

For young women who are single with no children who want a fair paying customer service job I would strongly recommended this company. Training is intensive and you gain vast knowledge of healthcare.
