The culture is not one that is family-oriented. You have many young people, or single people who have a different mindset and focus. This makes working mothers the minority and overlooked when it comes to evaluations and promotions. There are also not many women in leadership.

Company leadership is still an old boy's club, political, scrutinized, pretty wins.

There are very few women in leadership positions so the opportunity to learn from other women is challenging.

It's a good place if you are young and want experience, but they prefer younger people and may not want to promote you.

Probably predominately female. Great work/life balance Call center is very isolated, repetitive work, and boring. Also can be very frustrating line of work because you are always dealing with irate customers.
