try not to take any jokes seriously, they can sometimes be offensive but since we are the minority in this company reacting negatively can give you a reputation of being overemotional

Promotes work from home positions. Most ethical company I have ever experienced. Above reproach on how you are treated. Inclusiveness and diversity are huge. Women are traditionally paid less then men and not promoted into executive positions as much as men.

Of course it will always depend on your direct manage but the culture is very accepting of family and work life balance.

I think it is a great, very happy environment to work in. You need to come in ready to work. Work ethic is how they value you, not based on gender.

Maybe. Depends on whether you can hack working with a bunch of men who haven't worked with women before. That being said everyone is very nice. The worst part of it as a woman is the low expectations from your peers. Just makes it easier to impress.

Overall, it's a good place to work -- really supportive, great work/life balance. But I do feel like if it truly were a meritocracy, I would see more women at higher levels and more women being promoted at the same rate/tenure as men.

it is a comfortable place to nest but not to grow. You will need to take control of your own personal growth and not stay too long here.

Provide more opportunities to learn about other aspects of the business in the department in which people work. Cross train people if they desire that. Take people out of their silos and have them work together.
