Be able to continuously ask for what you want and don't be surprised when there are no women in leadership roles. I've had some of THE BEST women managers and also some of the worst.

So far, working at Dell has provided me with many opportunities to learn and grow within the organization. Additionally, the company culture promotes work/life balance. The one drawback, is a notable one; compensation. I live in the 2nd most expensive city in the US and am not compensated according to cost of living. Additionally, opportunities for a raises are few and far between.
