"For the most part, everyone loves working here. However, I have heard that from two other colleagues who also identify as women that they are either frustrated or will not be staying long. "

"I honestly think my supervisor hates me. I have been at the org for a little over two months now and he is so unsupportive. He hardly interacts with me and when he does, he mansplains. I see how he interacts with others and he is adored. "
