    We do have very flexible policies, however there are some leaders that want your butt in the seat and keep track of when you are there or not. It's not a large company, but different groups have different expectations.

    Maybe. There is definitely a glass ceiling in effect at Exosite. However, you can gain some really valuable experience in an emerging field that is relatable to many different industries. So it may be worthwhile to spend a year or so getting the experience at Exosite.
