There are benefits but the overall leadership is male. The pay is fair for my location, but any other city I would be looking to leave.

They aren’t very flexible with time, we just hired out ford women for head of hr so hopefully we will be getting paid parental leave soon.

Women can get promoted to a pretty high level, but it caps off. Overall it's not a bad place to work for women, but it can be frustrating to look at the body of workers demographic makeup when compared to mgmt- it is a reminder that it's better than some companies but still has a ways to go. Plus they do not have paid maternity leave benefits.

There aren't as many women working at this organization as I would prefer, but the few that are around are really great. I would say as a woman, it's crucial to be a shrewd negotiator in compensation packages and promotions.

Yesware is a great place for women! There are amazing and inspiring women in all departments - and women of all ages, career stages, women with families, single ladies. I truly feel that Yesware is a place where women care about one another and celebrate one another's success. "On Wednesdays We Wear Pink" might be the name of a women-oriented chat room but there are no mean girls here!

Eaton is a decent company under Sandy Cutler. Being predominately male and white in the upper ranks makes it challenging. Women who aspire to rise in the ranks are expected to sacrifice home life and put work first. The men don't understand balance. The environment is not hostile but you'll observe typical male behavior, which is misunderstanding.
