During the interview process see if you can speak with potential peers to ask about the balance of power is with main departments you interface with - collaborative, combative | peers or slave? The benefits are great and they have emergency child care, will help with college debt and there is an ability to move among divisions once in. "

"Fidelity is a big firm with competing divisions - comes down to the manager and the relationship among departments. The closer the position is to the trading and portfolio management function, the higher the chance of it being run like an old boys network. Rare to be #metoo behavior (HR will fix that) but bullies and or man spread is possible. While Fidelity does offer paternity leave for 2 weeks, the men tend not to use this benefit. "
