"While there's been a considerable amount of turnover in women in senior leadership roles, there is plenty of entry-level and mid-level manager opportunities for women. Parental leave seems generous, but WFH opportunities are limited."

"The entire leadership team is male, although the company did have a female CFO briefly. It does still have a rah-rah Wall Street vibe among several senior leaders, but there are a few female GMs. They don't carry the same clout, however, and there is little movement at the top. I wish women had more of a voice at the senior level."
