Some great women in sr. roles - but also others held back by men that are not that great at their jobs and will not promote women into those positions.

I have spent 6 months so far training and working as a jr. full stack developer. The reason I was attracted to Sabio is their emphasis on training women and minorities to be software developers. They practice what they preach.

August 2015

Company policy of a minimum of 50 hours per week for management is not explained prior accepting position. More likely though, work week is 60 hours plus....although you send in a payroll time sheet confirming 40 hours per week. In my unit sexist comments were the norm.

January 2015

I came to Moda from a very corporate retail company and it's a breath of fresh air. Working in a startup environment with a smallish (~100 people) group is invigorating - we hear from our CEO in person weekly, know the board members by name, are encouraged to share exciting ideas in our weekly company meetings. Also, the company is about 90% women with a female CEO and founder at the helm. Everyone I've worked with is smart and passionate - in a company like this there isn't room for negativity or low performance.
