I am confident that my opinions are valued and my ideas are heard within this organization. I've had interaction with all levels of leadership, where I feel I have been able to contribute significant value to IAA, both across my team and the company as a whole. This is an organization I am proud to work for and represent.

Great flexible hours but mostly dependent on your boss. Some managers allow one day / week to work from home while others only allow that for special circumstances.

It isn't a fair system across the board. The upper management can take time off, work remotely, or have unplanned absences without being reprimanded. Flexing your time here depends on who your supervisor is.

January 2016

I've worked here for about 3 years, they are extremely flexible which is great for working moms. The maternity leave policy isn't fully paid and is 12 weeks (have to use a week of vacation and is really only partially paid for 8 weeks). It feels more like a family than a job which is really nice.

First, there is no paid maternity leave. You have to use your own saved sick and/or vacation leave in order to get a pay check. Additionally, maternity leave does not qualify as a condition for shared leave (where other employees can donate their leave to you when you run out of leave). When asked for accommodation to work in an alternate location due to being 39 weeks pregnant and not working in a hazard environment, it was denied. There was/is no pumping room available. Rumor has it that now a manager is pregnant, there is more talk of nursing rooms. Employer tends to cite "no budget" as reasons for these issues.
